absolutely lovely hotel, but their shuttle service is a disaster, arriving late and freezing me outside, and the breakfast coffee is horrendously bad. on top of that, i expected a welcome gift for my inconvenience, and of course, that didn’t happen. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at Hotel Et Spa La Villa K. Upon arrival, the reception staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. The promised shuttle took an hour, leaving me and my family freezing outside with a baby. To top it off, when I raised these issues, I was met with hostility rather than concern. it stayed around 15 degrees all night despite my complaints. This experience was far from the relaxing stay I had hoped for.
